Friday Night Football Game

Football Game @ home
  • Students Report to the High School at 4:30pm wearing their parade uniform. Pack a change of clothes for the ride home from the Wolvarena. We will leave our uniforms on the trailer on Friday night.
  • Depart at 5:30pm for Wolvarena
  • Kick off is tentatively at 7pm.
  • Return to high school at roughly 10:30pm
  • **It is a Buffalo Wild Wings night - consider ordering some food from there ANYTIME during Friday**
HOME BAND COMPETITION!!!!

Still more people needed! 

Our competition will take place on Saturday, October 6!!  Mark your calendars now, take off of work, plan to be there!! 
Please see the 
sign up sheet HERE to pick where you would like to help.  We still need help especially in CONCESSIONS!!  At the Band parent meeting, we can determine shifts for concession work - if you need a certain shift (like I cannot be there until 6pm, please note on your sign up).

PAST DUE...RAFFLE BASKETS:  Each band section is collecting $5 from each band member to go towards raffle baskets.  Also any parent is welcome to donate a completed basket if you wish - and we welcome that help :)

BAKED GOODS:  each band&images member needs to bring 1 dozen cookies/brownies/cupcakes/or other baked goods to the competition by 1 pm!!  Make sure your child's name is on them!

Student info for Home Competition
  • Students report at 1pm to Wolvarena for rehearsal with 1 dozen cookies for the bake sale.
  • Dinner break at 4pm (bring money for dinner)
  • Students should pack their parade uniform to wear under their uniform. If the parade uniform is not clean, students are encouraged to wear solid black t-shirts
  • Performance time is 7:45pm
  • Parents may pick students up from the Wolvarena directly after the competition is over.
There will not be take home buses from the home show
            Concession Stand!!              
We need some more help this Friday night for concessions and 50/50! Please, I know it is a busy weekend, but all hands on deck helps us make $$ (which pays for uniform repairs and cleaning, trailer gas/transportation costs, and our staff!!)

This sale runs from Thursday, October 4th-Thursday, October 25th
Pick-up will be on Thursday, November 15th from 5:00-6:00pm in the high school cafeteria.

Student profit for this sale will depend on the total sales of the group. The student profit range will be 25%-35% less the 10% profit for the BPO general fund. Again, this year for your out-of-town customers…they can order online and have it shipped directly to their house. Just visit www.sarriscandiesfundraising.com and enter 10-1251 as the Group ID#. Make sure they enter the student’s name, so the student gets credit for the sale. The customer pays online, so no need to worry about collecting money or making deliveries out of town. Please note, there is a
shipping charge added to the order, and the profit is only 25% less the 10% for the BPO General Fund. Do not turn in online orders on your Master Sheet!Both copies of the completed Master Sheet along with the full payment are due to Mr. Hopkins in a sealed envelope by Thursday, October 25th.
