Volunteers Needed for Home Competition Sept. 27

The band and WHHSBPO will host a competition on Saturday, Sept. 27. Volunteer now via the BringIt! online sign-up sheet for jobs ranging from the cookie table to the concession stand. This is an all-hands-on deck event, and our biggest annual fundraiser. 

Remember, everyone will get the chance to watch our kids perform, so please don’t let that stop you from volunteering to help!

If you have any questions about what you would need to do in a particular job, please contact me, or the chairperson for that area. If you are interested in the admissions chair position, please get in touch.

Some general items that are not covered by the sign-up sheet: 

  • Set up will begin around noon. We will be setting up tents, lights, tables, chairs and so on, and help is certainly needed.
  • Each family is responsible for 2 dozen cookies for the cookie table.
  • Each band section is responsible for a raffle basket -- but if you’d like to put one together in addition to those, we would certainly welcome it!
  • And finally at the end, many hands make quick work of tear-down, so please stick around after the competition and give us a hand.
