Email Newsletter Changes
Because of the issues we have had sending email updates, we are testing out MailChimp.  We are sure you will have questions, so here are a few answers in advance. If you don't see an answer to your question below, just send us an email and we will be happy to help you out.

Email
  • You can still email us at whhsbpo@gmail.com. This will always be our email address so long as Gmail exists. 
  • Newsletters will be nicely formatted and aesthetically pleasing. Fingers crossed!.
  • If you are receiving this email, you are already subscribed! The Gmail contact list has been imported so we could get started right away.
Subscriptions
  • You can control your own subscription. If you want to leave at any time, you can just click unsubscribe. No more getting emails you don't want. [But we do hope you stay!]
  • The website will still be maintained with current information.The website also serves as the archives of our activities and forms. We realize that not everyone gets their information the same way. Some people check the website for all their information needs and some like to get an email update. Don't worry. We will always strive to keep you updated with all the information you need. 
  • Subscription links now appear on our website. We do require first name, last name, email, phone number, and the name of the band or image member to whom you belong for any new subscribers. This is not a change. We have always requested this information.
  • If you aren't sure about what information we have or if it's still accurate, you can update your preferences.

Spaghetti Dinner

Don't forget to sign up for the Spaghetti Dinner! Every year the band sponsors a spaghetti dinner between a matinee and evening performance during the high school musical. This year our dinner will be held on Saturday, April 29. Parents and band members are expected to volunteer. We need
 contributions for food and volunteers to help run the event. You don't need to pick one, you can do both! This one of our best fundraisers and it's an "all hands on deck" event. Sign up early to donate your favorite item and to claim your favorite position! Shifts are about 3 hours long and begin as early as noon. The last shift ends around 8:00 pm.
